Food & Healthcare Technologies:
Provides solutions mainly for secondary food processing, including preparation, marination, and further processing of meat, poultry, seafood, vegan products, as well as processing lines for pasta, baked goods, snacks, cereals, confectionery, pet food, and equipment for slicing and packaging.
Heating & Refrigeration Technologies:
Combines extensive production process knowledge with integrated heating and cooling expertise, offering sustainable, energy-efficient solutions supported by automation, digital, and service platforms.

In this role, you will work closely with the business management team and interface with local and international teams within a matrix organization.
The position offers excellent short-term growth opportunities, and the ideal candidate will have proven B2B sales experience with aspirations for management roles in the future. Your responsibilities will include:
Identifying growth potential in market verticals and establishing procedures to capture untapped opportunities.
Following up on strategic initiatives, preparing progress reports, and updating on status.
Aligning and defining meeting structures, strategic guidelines, and sales plans.
Facilitating alignment between division and R&C initiatives, creating follow-up procedures, and participating in meetings.
Preparing and participating in sales and operational service meetings, reporting on key KPIs.
Driving execution of marketing and communication plans.
Supporting management with data gathering and analysis, preparing business cases, and monthly reports.
Analyzing and implementing processes to improve operational efficiency and develop common tools.
Your profile should include an engineering degree, preferably in mechanical, industrial, or food technologies, with a master's degree being a plus. You should have over 3 years of experience, ideally in a matrix environment, and be proficient in data processing and reporting. Effective communication of sales, service, and financial KPIs is considered a plus. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, additional languages are advantageous. Good interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and in teams, and willingness to travel up to 20% are also necessary. You should support decision-making with autonomy within strategic guidelines, be self-motivated, and committed to safety and environmental practices.
