The Global Services Coordinator HEOR & RWE Writing will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the delivery of a wide range of medical writing projects focused on Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) and Real-World Evidence (RWE), including publications, systematic literature searches, study protocols, study reports, value dossiers, HTA documentation, and economic models, etc.
You’ll use your expertise to guide medical writers, contribute directly to projects when needed, and ensure scientific rigor and process compliance, while also setting up processes for evolving business needs. Acting as a key contact for internal stakeholders, you will address questions, resolve issues, track and report operational metrics, and support project success in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Join our Global Services Medical Writing team as a Global Services Coordinator HEOR & RWE Writing, based in Barcelona (Sant Cugat), Spain, with a flexible working option.
Tasks And Responsibilities
* Work with his/her coordination group and other members to ensure timely, high-quality execution of HEOR & RWE medical writing projects, including publications, protocols, value dossiers, HTA documentation, economic models, and more.
* Guide and support medical writers, ensuring adherence to company processes, publication and observational / real world evidence study SOPs, and scientific standards.
* Contribute directly to projects alongside medical writers when needed, especially for complex or high-priority deliverables.
* Set up and refine processes for new types of projects or evolving business needs, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.
* Act as a key contact for internal stakeholders, addressing questions, resolving issues, and facilitating smooth project execution.
* Foster a collaborative team environment, share expertise, encourage innovation, and support best practices.
Requirements
* Advanced degree in life sciences, public health, epidemiology, or health economics (PhD, PharmD, MD, MPH, MSc, or equivalent), or a Master’s in a scientific field with additional education in health economics, public health, or equivalent.
* 5–7 years of experience in HEOR, pharmaco-economics, and/or RWE projects within pharma, biotech, or agency settings.
* Demonstrated organizational and project management experience coordinating operational tasks and group workload, with strong stakeholder engagement and effective communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
* Proficiency in systematic and targeted literature reviews, and knowledge of submission requirements for journals/congresses (GPP, ICMJE) and global HTA bodies;
exposure to RWE/HEOR reporting guidelines (STROBE, CHEERS).
* Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience in market access will be considered a plus.
