We are looking for a skilled Bilingual Technical Support / Presales Analyst to join our team in Spain. This hybrid role involves providing exceptional technical support combined with presales assistance to ensure an outstanding client experience.
Responsibilities
* Technical Support:
* Provide high-quality technical and functional support to clients worldwide via email, tickets, and remote sessions.
* Analyze and optimize client configurations, recommending improvements to enhance platform efficiency.
1. Internal Collaboration:
* Work closely with development and customer success teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
* Assist the sales team during RFI and RFP processes by providing technical insights.
2. Demos and Presentations:
* Conduct tailored product demonstrations addressing clients’ specific needs.
* Respond to technical questions from internal and external stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
* Fluency in English and Spanish (both spoken and written).
* Experience in technical support, presales, or software implementation.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments, networking, and connectivity.
