Senior Manager Engineering
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to serve as the Regional Manager for Transversal Delivery, Technical Project Management, Tooling, and Governance Support. This role is pivotal in ensuring consistent execution across projects, leading and mentoring delivery and technical project management teams, and supporting the use and evolution of tooling platforms such as Jira, Rally, Power BI, and SharePoint.
The successful candidate will coordinate with diverse stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of commitments to programs, drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, and maintain alignment with strategic goals. In addition to managing the regional team of Technical Project Managers for ISS, this role will act as a governance relay, supporting the VPO and existing ARTs by providing additional coordination and facilitation where needed—particularly in launching or reinforcing governance forums and proof-of-concept initiatives.

Description
Project management
- Oversee and support all projects managed by BLR Technical Project Managers and Delivery Managers, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Address escalations and issues during execution, ensuring limited and controlled impact at the program level.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize disruption.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues, and facilitate stakeholder meetings and reviews.
Team management
- Lead, mentor, and manage local BLR team managing Delivery, Technical project management, governance and tooling.
- Coordinate resource allocation and manage the budget for the area of responsibility.
- Ensure team members are engaged, expectations are clear, and they have the tools and support needed to succeed.
- Participate in recruitment, conduct appraisals and performance reviews, and provide regular feedback.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture that encourages continuous improvement and innovation.
Tooling Support
- Provide regional support and oversight for key factory and budget tools, including Jira, Rally, Power BI, SharePoint, and others.
- Collaborate with central teams to improve tooling capabilities and integration across the delivery lifecycle.
Governance & Stakeholder Engagement
Act as the regional point of contact for governance-related activities supporting E8T VP Office in the region.
Ensure governance forums are effectively supported and aligned with strategic objectives.
Represent the region in cross-functional governance discussions and contribute to the definition of governance standards and practices.
Standardize our practices
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance delivery efficiency.
Contribute to the evolution of tooling and templates to support streamlined execution.

- Moderate budgetary impact on business
Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plan; receive guidance from senior manager
Technical excellence
- Timely manage the investigation and resolution of production support issues and customer inquiries
- Collaborate with other software development, architecture, solutions, and QA teams to ensure that software systems are designed for testability, stability, scalability, and performance.
Communication
Ensure timely and appropriate communication to team members regarding company/organization information
