Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity for a proactive and engaging French‑speaking Sales Development Representative to join our B2B Sales team in Barcelona. If you thrive in B2B sales, enjoy prospecting and speaking to new people every day, and have the persistence to convert leads into long‑term business partners, then we’d love to hear from you!
In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating leads, managing a pipeline, and proactively engaging with potential retailers through cold calling and outbound sales to introduce them to the exciting worlds of Warhammer. You’ll build trust, handle objections with ease, tailor your approach to meet each business partner’s unique needs, and ensure they understand how partnering with us can help drive their success.
Self‑motivation is essential. You need to take the initiative to drive your success in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment, ensuring it is in line with the trade strategy globally. Every call will be different, and your resilience and adaptability will help you push through, even in the face of rejection. While previous sales experience is beneficial, your drive, determination, and enthusiasm for the role are what matter most.

The Offer

- Salary: 40,600€ OTE (35,000€ basic + commission)
- Benefits: 23 days of holiday + 12 public holidays (with opportunity to gain an extra four days holiday per year), company pension scheme of 4% of salary, profit‑share bonus, share‑save scheme, and 25%‑50% discount on our products.

Qualifications

- Language ability: Full business proficiency in one of the following European languages: Spanish, Dutch, Polish, Greek, Czech/Slovak, Swedish, Romanian, Finnish or Portuguese.
