Mission
The primary responsibility of this position is to act as a buyer for both synthetic and natural raw materials. The goal is to execute the global purchasing strategy, ensuring the availability and service level of raw materials. This role is crucial in maintaining stable and sustainable quality at the best possible price, enabling seamless fragrance production.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
* Buyer for Synthetic and Natural Raw Materials : Manage the procurement of both synthetic and natural raw materials, ensuring the best quality and price for seamless fragrance production.
* Continuous Improvement Projects : Actively participate in projects aimed at continuously improving processes and efficiencies within the procurement function.
* Supplier Management & Local Sourcing : Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, and identify local sourcing opportunities to enhance supply chain resilience.
* Risk Management for Subsidiaries : Oversee risk management strategies, including local and global contracts, to ensure a sustainable and reliable supply of raw materials.
* Analysis & Reporting : Conduct thorough analysis and reporting for your portfolio, providing insights and data to support strategic decision-making.
