Key Responsibilities & Duties
Assuming overall responsibility for creating sales qualified leads (SQLs)Handling all incoming enquiriesPrioritising opportunitiesProactively contacting interested companies, conducting research to identify targeted marketing opportunitiesCategorising potential customers according to the Customer Categorisation ModelPartnering with the New Business Development Manager and supporting where necessary, including booking visitsWorking on leads provided by Market Development Executives to generate new customersProactively sending quotations to new customers and following up promptlyUpdating internal systems (CRM and ERP) and databases accurately and timelyParticipating in internal and external meetings as requiredInternal and External Communications
