Purpose
The Senior Divisional Planner is accountable for supporting Marketing Material projects and deliveries for Luxury brands with a high-quality Service Level, collaborating closely with Marketing Material and Demand & Supply Teams. You will serve as the primary single point of contact on Marketing Material for Global & Local Teams and will collaborate closely with Distribution Requirement Planning. You will also take part in the Non-Saleable Sales & Operations Planning process with our main stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist Marketing Material projects in close collaboration with Marketing Materials Supply and Global Demand Planning teams: review and approve all labels from vendors, review and input logistic data in SAP (Material Master), verify and correct when necessary.
- Manage the inventory of raw materials and composition for customs duties.
- Coordinate direct and indirect shipments to our local Distribution Centres and customers in coordination with Distribution Requirement Planning and third-party logistics providers.
- Consolidate quotas with Distribution Requirement Planning and oversee the transfer of quotas/stock when needed.
- Monitor inventory levels, track excess, and identify opportunities for depletion/obsolescence eligible for disposal with Brand and Sales teams.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for continuous plan improvement regarding key service issues, forecast errors, and bias, and share findings with relevant leadership.
- Participate in the Global Non-Saleable Sales & Operations Planning preparation and meetings: highlight gaps, share significant topics, coordinate with Integral teams, and escalate priorities to management.
- Serve as the main Single Point of Contact for general inquiries related to deployment.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis and take ownership of ad hoc cross-functional topics.
