What would you need?
* 6+ years of experience in UX / UI design.
* Proven experience leading teams of at least 4 people.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong proficiency in Figma.
* Deep expertise in User Experience and Prototyping (MUST).
* Solid understanding of Design Systems and User Research.
* Experience working in banking environments (PLUS).
* Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
What will you be doing?
* Lead the design and development of user-centric digital products.
* Conduct user research and translate insights into design decisions.
* Create high-fidelity prototypes and design systems using Figma.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and usability.
* Manage and mentor a team of designers across multiple projects.
* Stay current with UX / UI trends and best practices.
* Ensure alignment between business goals and user needs.
