Key Responsibilities
1) Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, clean, and analyze business data to identify trends and insights
- Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders
- Support decision-making with data-driven insights
2) Requirements Gathering
- Assist in gathering business requirements through interviews, workshops, and research
- Document requirements in a clear and structured format
3) Process Analysis & Improvement
- Map current business processes and workflows
- Identify inefficiencies or improvement opportunities
- Support recommendations to optimize operations
4) Stakeholder Communication
- Work with cross-functional teams (business, IT, finance, etc.)
- Participate in meetings and workshops
- Communicate findings in a clear and actionable way
5) Project Support
- Assist senior analysts in project planning and execution
- Contribute to documentation (business cases, reports, specifications)
- Support with testing and validation of solutions
Typical Day-to-Day Work
- Dive into diverse datasets like sales, operations, and finance to uncover hidden trends and actionable insights that drive real business results.
- Engage in dynamic stakeholder meetings, actively participate in discussions, and capture key takeaways to help shape strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with teams to document evolving requirements and continuously update reports that influence the direction of critical projects.
- Design intuitive dashboards and interactive Excel models to visualize data, making complex concepts easy to understand and empowering teams to make smarter decisions.
Requirements
- Recent Graduate (within the last 12 months) in Business Administration, Data Engineer/Computer Science/AI or a related field
- Proficiency in Excel and AI tools
- Strong interest in Business Analysis and how to use data to influence business decisions
- Fluent in English/Spanish
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Basic understanding of SQL or other database querying languages
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Comfortable engaging with stakeholders and presenting findings
