They will sit on the Supply Organisation reporting to the Head of Sales Efficiency and Ai Transformation team This role will focus on programming and developing AI capabilities that enhance our sales funnel from lead generation through closing and customer success.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop custom AI solutions tailored to our sales processes and requirementsIntegrate third-party AI platforms with our existing sales technology stack through APIs and custom connectorsBuild data pipelines to feed sales information into AI systems for analysis and predictionCreate and optimize machine learning models focused on sales forecasting, lead scoring, and prospect qualificationDevelop natural language processing tools for conversation analysis, email automation, and customer interaction insightsImplement and customize generative AI solutions for content creation and personalizationMaintain, monitor, and continuously improve AI implementations through code updates and model retrainingCollaborate with data engineering and DevOps to ensure deployed solutions are scalable and maintainableRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field3+ years of software development experience with proven AI / ML implementation projectsProgramming skills :
Low code (Mendix or similar) and N8NExperience developing and deploying machine learning models in production environmentsFamiliarity with natural language processing techniques and generative AI frameworksKnowledge of API integration, microservices architecture, and cloud deploymentUnderstanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patternsExperience with Git, CI / CD pipelines, and software development lifecyclePreferred QualificationsExperience with CRM systems (particularly Salesforce) and sales technology integrationsUnderstanding of sales processes and customer journey optimizationKnowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and serverless architecturesFamiliarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for deploymentExperience with sales-specific AI platforms and their APIsBackground in data engineering or data scienceWhat You'll BuildCustom machine learning models for lead scoring and sales opportunity predictionAutomated natural language processing systems for call and email analysisIntelligent chatbots and virtual assistants to support sales representativesAutomated content generation systems for personalized outreachCustom dashboards and visualization tools for AI-generated insightsImpactIn this role, you'll be the technical backbone of our AI sales transformation.
