About the role
We are looking for a Senior Web Designer to join our Design team. This role is ideal for a designer who combines strong visual taste with strategic thinking and a deep understanding of digital experiences.
The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio of visually striking websites and is comfortable designing both highly creative custom experiences and structured CMS-based sites. You will collaborate closely with strategy, design and development teams to translate brand identities into engaging digital platforms that perform across devices.
You will play a key role in shaping the visual direction of websites while ensuring designs are functional, responsive and aligned with modern web standards.
Key responsibilities
Web Design & Digital Experiences
• Design visually compelling and modern websites that reflect brand identity and strategic objectives
• Create responsive designs that work seamlessly across desktop, tablet and mobile devices
• Develop creative website concepts, layouts and digital design systems
• Translate brand guidelines into engaging digital interfaces and visual experiences
• Design both highly customized websites and effective CMS-based solutions (e.g., WordPress)
Design Execution & Collaboration
• Produce high-quality web layouts, components and assets using Figma or equivalent tools
• Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation
• Apply strong typography, hierarchy and visual storytelling principles across web experiences
• Prepare design specifications and assets for development handoff
• Ensure consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints
Creative & Strategic Contribution
• Propose innovative digital concepts and push creative boundaries when projects allow
• Stay up to date with web design trends, art direction and interactive design approaches
• Identify opportunities to elevate client websites beyond basic template solutions
• Contribute to discussions around digital experience, brand storytelling and creative direction
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including design, strategy and development
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in web design or digital design roles
• Strong web design portfolio demonstrating visually striking and creative websites and digital experiences
• Expertise in Figma or equivalent design tools for web and digital interfaces
• Ability to design responsive websites across desktop, mobile and tablet
• Experience designing both custom websites and CMS-based websites (e.g., WordPress)
• Strong understanding of strategic design thinking, typography and digital design systems
• Ability to translate brand identity into engaging digital experiences
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and front-end principles to collaborate efficiently with developers
• Understanding of CMS structures and responsive web behavior
• Strong eye for modern web trends, art direction and interactive design
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in English
Nice to have
• UX/UI design knowledge
• Experience presenting work to clients
• Familiarity with animation, micro-interactions or motion for web
Languages
• English (mandatory)
• Spanish (preferably)
• Any other languages are a plus.
