You will join as an Automotive Technical Clerk, and your main mission will be to provide a high-quality service to our customers in the Netherlands, assisting them in the management of their vehicle fleets.
What You Will Do :
* Preparation of quotations.
* Contrasting the quotes provided by customers in their inquiries.
* Consultation of references and repair times in the different computer tools available.
* Mechanical advice on inquiries received.
* Checking and recording in the vehicle database (repair history).
* Management of the vehicle fleet according to the manufacturer's maintenance schedule.
* Communication with the workshops through the available channels to solve possible daily incidents.
What You Bring :
* Intermediate or advanced automotive or electro-mechanical training.
* Previous experience in the automotive sector is an advantage.
* Dutch C1 / C2 is essential.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, mainly Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
