What you’ll do
Design and produce email marketing campaigns and templates within our automated email platform, ensuring designs translate seamlessly from concept to inbox.
Work within brand guidelines across multiple client accounts, ensuring visual consistency.
Collaborate with an international team of designers, strategists, and marketers.
Iterate quickly based on feedback and handle last‑minute changes without losing quality or focus.
Support the team with other digital design assets as needed.

Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in a design role (agency experience is a plus).
Strong proficiency in Figma. Components, auto layout, and shared libraries feel natural to you.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS. You understand how email designs are built, so what you create actually holds up in the inbox.
A meticulous, structured working style. You catch the things others miss.
The ability to manage multiple projects and adapt your priorities when needed.
Good communication skills in English (our team is international).
You take pride in precise, polished work.
You’re proactive, reliable, and easy to work with.
You’re curious, eager to learn, and open to feedback.
You take ownership of the brief, the output, and the details in between.
Nice to have
Experience designing for social media (static and/or animated formats).
Motion design skills (After Effects, Lottie, or similar).
Interest in AI and automation—and how they’re changing the way we work.
