Are you a driven, dynamic, and results-oriented professional ready to make an impact? If so, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned region.
Understand client needs and match them with the best solutions from our portfolio.
Assess each client's technological profile to uncover collaboration and expansion opportunities.
Detect missed opportunities and technical barriers, implementing effective solutions.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Lead negotiations to drive business growth.
Meet and exceed growth targets.
Earn client trust and handle any challenges professionally.
Organize and conduct client meetings.
Represent the company at trade fairs, conferences, and industry events.

What You Need to Succeed:
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a similar role within the travel industry.
Fluent English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
A team player with a proactive mindset.
Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
Flexibility and adaptability in fast-changing environments.
A results-driven approach with a passion for exceeding targets.
Preferably based in Mallorca
