Role Description
Business Development Manager – international expansion focus. The role drives EdenCore’s growth in the AgTech market by securing strategic partnerships and driving adoption of the Viewer platform across key agricultural regions.
* Analyze market trends.
* Build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and close business opportunities.
* Collaborate with internal teams to support implementation of solutions tailored to customer needs.
* Drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
* Minimum 4 years experience in Business Development, Sales, or similar strategic growth roles in agriculture, agritech, or farm machinery sectors.
* Strong skills in business development, partnership building, lead generation, and market analysis.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proven success in full-cycle sales (lead gen to deal closure) in a B2B technology environment.
* Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
* Self‑motivated, able to work independently and meet deadlines in a hybrid work environment.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agronomy, Engineering, or a related field.
