🚀 Main Responsibilities\n:

- Provide on-site and remote technical support (Level 1 & 2) to end users
\n
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to: Hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, thin clients), Windows and Linux operating systems and corporate applications.
\n
- Manage and administer Microsoft 365 applications.
\n
- Handle user lifecycle management (onboarding, offboarding, updates) in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 / Exchange.
\n
- Support meeting rooms (AV systems, Microsoft Teams, videoconferencing).
\n
- Manage IT assets, peripherals, and stock.
\n
- Track and resolve incidents through the ticketing system.
\n
- Document issues and procedures following internal standards.
\n
- Escalate complex issues when needed.
\n
- Collaborate with the IT team on continuous improvement initiatives

\n📚\nAssesment criteria:\n
Education:
\nIntermediate or Higher Degree in:\n
\n
- IT Systems.
\n
- Systems Administration.
\n
- Computer Science or related field.
\n
\nBetween 1 and 2 years of experience in/with:\n
\n
- GxP / GMP regulated environments.
\n
- SAP Business One.
\n
- PowerShell.
\n
- Microsoft SQL Server administration.
\n
- Technical documentation and procedures.
\n
- Experience in regulated environments is a plus.
\n
\nOther requirements:\n

- Strong user-level experience in Windows environments.
\n
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, networking (TCP/IP, LAN), Microsoft 365.
\n
- Comfortable using remote support tools.
\n
- Customer-focused mindset.

- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
\n
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (especially in regulated environments).

- Good communication skills.
