Job Description:
In this role, you will optimise and support People systems, ensuring Workday functionality, data accuracy, and reporting enable effective HR operations and informed decision-making.
* Provide functional support
* Configure and maintain business processes, security, and organisational structures
* Resolve system issues and advise on best practice solutions
* Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics
* Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across HR systems
* Support data uploads, corrections, and ongoing data management
* Work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements
* Deliver system training, guidance, and documentation for users
* Support compliance, audits, and data governance requirements
Experience Required:
* Degree in HR, business, information systems, or similar
* At least three years’ experience in HR systems or people technology roles
* Hands-on experience supporting Workday HCM and Absence functionality
* Strong capability in building and maintaining Workday reports
* Experience working with HR data, analytics, and reporting tools
* Exposure to global HR environments and multi-country system setups
* Understanding of Workday security and business process configuration
* Knowledge of data protection, privacy, and compliance requirements
* Experience supporting system changes or project-based initiatives
