- Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency, productivity, and product quality.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives in line with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process engineering projects and cost reduction activities.
- Design, develop, and monitor optimal layouts for production lines, equipment, and material flows.
- Support new product launches and process changes by developing work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Create and maintain detailed process documentation and production data analysis.
- Lead time studies and capacity analysis to support operational planning.
- Promote a culture of health, safety and compliance within all manufacturing operations.
and if you have/are:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Manufacturing and Operations knowledge
- Supervision Skills, ability to manage multitask teams
- Strong Analytical thinking, problem solving skills and teamwork spirit.
- Flexibility and adaptability to a changing environment.
- Demonstrated Project management skills
- Experience in Industrial automation (robots, PLC and industrial networks implementation and programming) will be considered.
- Experience in management of Machine and Automation suppliers will be considered
- Lean Manufacturing knowledge.
- Passion for continuous improvement, innovation and integration of new manufacturing technologies.
