INFC Central Trainer - 3P, INFC Learning and Development
We are looking for a Trainer who is committed to supporting our rapidly growing Learning & Development initiatives across the 3P network within our Fulfillment Center operations. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience in delivering regional training, monitoring associate development and learning readiness across multiple sites. They should be well‑versed in learning needs identification, content improvement, and designing solutions that drive skill building and quality performance. The role requires someone who can manage training‑related escalations, coordinate effectively with site operations teams, and independently manage internal and external stakeholder relationships — taking full ownership of projects to drive meaningful problem resolution.
Key Job Responsibilities
* Deliver regional training for 3P training teams across assigned Fulfillment Center sites; ensure timely refresher training for associates needing improvement in quality performance.
* Monitor associate maturity with a focus on quality performance metrics, and track readiness for hiring.
* Lead the analysis, design, and evaluation of learning programs; develop customised learning solutions that optimise performance and promote policy compliance.
* Ensure L&D curriculum is accurately tracked and maintained in the Learning Management System; assist in developing standardised learning management processes, procedures, and templates.
* Measure program effectiveness and scalability using continuous feedback loops to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and create scalable solutions that improve learner retention.
* Provide actionable feedback for training module improvements based on field observations and training effectiveness data.
* Handle training‑related escalations, coordinating with site operations teams for swift resolution; independently manage internal and external stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment on training priorities.
Basic Qualifications
* Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation.
* Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a training role, including technical training, or a mix of training, performance management and coaching/mentoring, or experience in process training.
