Wall Street English is looking for a HubSpot CRM Specialist to join our Marketing team in Barcelona, Spain.
Reporting to the CRM Product Manager, you will be responsible for working directly with our Franchise partners and corporate businesses as a valued resource and trusted advisor, helping their business grow by leveraging their CRM platform and associated MarTech tools. You will be a creative problem solver, have a consultative approach, and a deep and thorough knowledge of how HubSpot works and its integration capabilities.
What You Will Be Doing
Master HubSpot and CRM Tools
Develop a deep knowledge of HubSpot software to remove technical barriers for our partners.
Help partners exploit a variety of tools within HubSpot and through integrations to improve performance.
Serve as a role model and trusted advisor on the team, showcasing ownership of even the most complex CRM issues.
Support and Advise Partners
Partner with customers to effectively resolve issues and instill best practices.
Identify high-value business problems and scope solutions to address them.
Motivate and guide partners in adopting CRM solutions to drive business growth.
Collaborate Across Teams
Work with Product, Technology, and Data teams to diagnose and fix software issues.
Identify opportunities to enhance the CRM product experience for customers.
Collaborate cross-functionally within Wall Street English to engage customers more deeply with HubSpot CRM.
Drive Continuous Improvement
Apply innovative solutions through process design and creative problem-solving.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy across CRM and integrated tools.
Recommend and implement improvements using internal and external features, including AI where relevant.
Your Profile
3–5 years working with HubSpot (Pro or above Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs) with strong applied knowledge of core features
Experience with SaaS solutions, AI, and third-party CRM integrations
Customer success experience
Bachelor's degree
Fluent in English
Nice to Have
HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot CRM, HubSpot Automation) are highly regarded
Ideally proficient in other languages, i.e., Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Arabic
Experience working across different countries in Europe, Asia, or LATAM
