We are scaling our Risk function to support growth across seller onboarding, payments, fraud prevention, and broader enterprise risk reporting. To strengthen execution capacity and ensure continuity, we are hiring a Risk Analyst to support day-to-day risk operations, maintain key controls and reporting.

Location and Eligibility

WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Analyze data to uncover insights and drive decision-making, optimizing the efficiency of risk management strategies.
* Maintain risk registers and documentation (risk descriptions, mitigations, owners, and status updates). Support periodic risk reporting, ensuring inputs are complete and consistent.
* Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
* Work with other departments to ensure compliance with regulations.
* Monitor risk KPIs and early-warning indicators.
* Support seller and partner risk controls with operation teams.
* Assist with fraud and abuse risk analysis by investigating patterns, supporting rule tuning discussions, and documenting decisions.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and test innovative risk strategies that secure trust in our marketplace.
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
