Experteer Overview In this role you drive BTL strategy execution for the Channel, aligning with brand and shopper insights. You collaborate cross-functionally to ensure flawless in-market activation and optimize ROI on Au0026amp; P spend. You act as the Customer Marketing lead for priority brands, balancing external and internal priorities while shaping shopper journeys. You join a fast-paced team focused on consistent, measurable impact across Key Cities and hotspots, contributing to growth through data-driven decisions.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Implement BTL strategy for the Channel with cross-functional alignment to brand strategy
- Center decision making on shopper/guest insights to ensure path-to-purchase execution
- Increase consistency of BTL via channel toolkits and drive 70% execution from these toolkits
- Identify gaps and adapt toolkits while maintaining brand and shopper alignment
- Serve as Customer Marketing lead for priority brands with external focus and partnership with Consumer Marketing
- Contribute to the IAP cycle, bringing shopper, customer, and brand perspectives to BTL discussions
- Collaborate with Activations Managers to ensure precise execution in Key Cities and Hotspots
- Maximize ROI from Au0026P, set objectives, and monitor GTN spend; manage budgets, phasing, invoicingResponsabilidades
- Minimum 3 years experience in Marketing or Commercial, preferably FMCG
- Knowledge of channel dynamics from direct work with key customers in Marketing/Commercial
- Proven stakeholder management experience
- Experience delivering shopper marketing activations or events preferred
- Exposure to Bacardi Way Of Growth for sustainable brand development
