**The role**
**As a Data Project Manager at Shalion, you are expected to**:
- Organize the setup of data projects to ensure the customer’s requirements are correctly met and timely implemented.
- Manage the upkeep of the projects after delivery, addressing modifications and issues.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other internal teams to ensure new and existing projects are correctly led
- Work on tools to automate the monitoring of data quality.
- Help implement algorithms to improve the operations team’s efficiency and proactiveness in the delivery of the projects.
Keep abreast of new releases and product functionality to ensure successful implementation for clients.
**Your profile should include the following**:
- Tech-friendly, proficient with Excel, and familiar with SQL.
- Familiarity with Project Management tools like Jira or ClickUp.
- Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project, time, and organizational management skills.
- Ability to capture, decompose, and present information clearly.
- Clear communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders proactively.
- Quick thinker, pragmatic, adaptable, innovative problem solver, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable challenging the current state of things and making recommendations for process improvements.
- Proficiency in Spanish & English, spoken and written. Other languages are a plus.
