Job Purpose and Impact
The Lab Technician will complete routine analytical and laboratory testing within the field of Veterinary Diagnostics in support of the operational teams within our Animal Nutrition business unit. We are looking for a hardworking person who will perform routine analysis on samples of animal origin, being responsible for checking and monitoring instrumentation performance and conducting tests for which we are going to provide intermediate supervision. In this role, you will document results into databases and/or communication test results. Key Accountabilities
- Tasks related to sample preparation and laboratory tests on various types of samples of animal origin, supporting more complex trials and experiments under intermediate supervision.
- Ensure compliance programs for all individual testing, which includes monitoring adherence to regulations and other procedural at laboratory level.
- Interpret and document results of tests into active databases.
- Run calibration checks, preventive maintenance tasks of laboratory equipment.
- Help maintain and improve an effective safety and quality culture in the laboratory.
- Handle moderately complex administrative, technical or customer support issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Minimum Qualifications
- Higher degree in Laboratory techniques or equivalent in Sciences
- Fluent level of English
Preferred Qualifications
- University degree in Science (preferably Veterinary, Biological Sciences or similar)
- Previous experience in laboratory, ideally in a Veterinary Diagnostic lab
