AtAgap2, we're looking for aCommercial Tech Operations Managerto join a leadingFMCG company.
You'll be part of aglobal Commercial Tech Services teamsupporting and optimizingdigital solutions for Sales and Marketing teams worldwide.
In this role, you'll support globalSales and Advocacyteams by ensuring the smooth delivery of digital and commercial technology solutions.
Acting as a bridge betweenbusiness usersandtechnical stakeholders, you'll oversee operations, manage vendors, and drive service quality and continuous improvement.
Solutions in scope are primarilySalesforce-based, with other platforms such asSAP Commerce Cloudand digital tools also involved.
Key Responsibilities
Overseedaily service operations, including incident, maintenance, and problem management.
Managesmall projects, governance tasks, and service improvement initiatives.
Coordinate withinternal teamsandexternal vendorsto ensure seamless service delivery.
Act as a point of contact betweenbusiness marketsandtechnical support teams(L2/L3, Delivery, Product Owners, etc.).
Handleescalations, anticipate potential issues, and implement preventive actions.
Identify and implementprocess optimizationopportunities and best practices.
Contribute to the overallcontinuous improvementof the integral commercial tech ecosystem.
Requirements
5+ years of professional experience, ideally in IT Operations, Service Management, or Tech Business Support.
Strong exposure toSalesforce(delivery, implementation, or project team experience).
Comfortable working incomplex, multinational environments.
Experience managingvendorsand multiple stakeholders.
Excellentcommunication,problem-solving, andorganizationskills.
Fluent English (C2)
Nice to Have
ITIL certificationor knowledge of incident/problem management frameworks.
Salesforce Administrator certification.
Previous experience inConsumer Goods (FMCG)orCloud environments.
Process definition and improvement mindset.
Hands-on, proactive attitude and ability to multitask.
