About the Role
We are now looking for a Sales Representative based in Galicia who is passionate about healthcare, enjoys building strong customer relationships, and wants to grow business within the hospital environment. The role focuses on driving sustainable business growth, delivering commercial strategy, and building strong partnerships with hospital customers in the territory (Galicia, Asturias and part of Castilla y León). This Sales Rep will be in charge of the full commercial management of the Intravenous and Injectable Baxter products, among others, ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the end-to-end coordination of the portfolio under responsibility, including planning, prioritization and performance tracking.
- Establish strong, trusted and long‑lasting partnerships with clinical teams, procurement departments, and key decision-makers by understanding their needs and acting as a reliable advisor.
- Drive a strong local sales strategy and active follow up on opportunities to achieve and exceed sales, market share, and profitability targets.
