About the Role As Waiter/Waitress at Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid, within the Food & Beverage department, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience at Jardín del Ritz, ensuring impeccable service standards, attention to detail, and personalized guest interactions. Key Responsibilities Provide warm, attentive, and professional service in line with Mandarin Oriental standards. Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them efficiently. Engage with guests, offering menu and beverage recommendations. Coordinate closely with the Bar and Kitchen teams to ensure smooth service flow. Ensure tables, service stations, and dining areas are set and maintained to the highest standards. Anticipate guest needs and handle special requests and VIP requirements. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with Safe & Sound standards. Create memorable moments through personalized and thoughtful service. Bid guests farewell in a friendly and professional manner. What We Expect from You Previous experience in guest-focused hospitality, preferably in restaurants or luxury environments. Strong service mindset and passion for exceeding guest expectations. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, seasonal environment. Good command of Spanish and English ;
