Your Mission
Lead and inspire a high-performing team in the injection area, ensuring production goals are met in quality, quantity, and timing. You'll be the go-to leader during your shift—driving operational excellence, machine performance, and compliance with safety and quality standards. Your leadership will foster productivity, continuous improvement, and a safe, collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
Team Leadership
* Supervise and guide operators and technicians during the shift.
* Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide real-time feedback.
* Resolve issues promptly and promote teamwork.
Production Excellence
* Ensure production targets are achieved.
* Review and adjust priorities based on the production plan.
* Coordinate with technical teams for optimal machine performance.
* Prepare shift reports and share insights for improvement.
Process & Quality Control
* Monitor injection machine performance and adherence to procedures.
* Detect and address operational or quality issues.
* Oversee inspections and implement corrective actions when needed.
Safety First
* Enforce safety standards and proper PPE usage.
* Respond to incidents and report promptly.
What We're Looking For
* Experience : 3–5 years in industrial environments (plastic injection preferred), plus experience in a supervisory role.
* Technical Knowledge : Health, Safety & Environment protocols;
MS Office proficiency.
* Education : Technical or university degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Plastics/Polymer, or Process Engineering (or equivalent experience).
* Languages : Spanish (fluent), English (B2/C1).
* Soft Skills : Strong planning, communication, and leadership skills;
