First Mate – 36m Support Vessel (Fleet Program)
We’re looking for a hands-on, driven First Mate to join a 36m Support Vessel operating as part of a larger fleet.
This is the perfect step-up opportunity for a strong Bosun who thrives on responsibility, loves tender driving, and wants to grow within a professional and active program.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Leading deck operations with a hands-on approach
* Driving and managing two large tenders with confidence
* Supporting the bridge and navigation
* Mentoring junior crew and leading by example
* Maintaining high deck standards across the vessel
What We’re Looking For:
* Yachtmaster Offshore (minimum)
* 3+ years industry experience
* Strong large tender driving skills essential
* Bosun ready to step up or junior Mate profile
* Energetic, proactive, and team-focused mindset
* Fluent English
This is not a desk role. We want someone active, motivated, and ready to take ownership.

Contract: MLC compliant
Leave: 4 weeks paid
Salary: DOE (around €5,000)
