To be successful, you should have proven experience in Product Management, ideally in a Product Manager role, with at least 5 years of leadership experience in best‑practice digital product development.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:
* Product Management: Strong product mindset paired with high empathy for big data. You communicate with clarity, craft compelling narratives, and gain stakeholder buy‑in across a global, agile organization.
* Strategic Thinking: You have a proven track record of creating and owning product vision, strategy, and OKRs. You guide product development to deliver measurable value at pace.
* Data‑Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills and a data‑driven approach to both day‑to‑day management and strategic trade‑offs.
* Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to engage with engineers, data analysts, designers, and peers in constructive and collaborative relationships. Proven track record of successfully creating change in complex environments.
* Industry Knowledge: Expertise in the MarTech landscape and SaaS solutions with a solid understanding of marketing campaign performance analysis and Marketing Return on Invest (MROI).
* Innovation Mindset: Passion for emerging trends and fostering a culture of experimentation and innovation.
What you’ll be doing day to day

As a Senior Product Manager for Marketing Intelligence & Performance, you will play a pivotal role in enabling data‑driven decision‑making at scale — empowering IKEA teams to make smarter choices, optimise investments, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role is central to driving our commercial agenda, supporting growth, and increasing visitation through actionable insights and marketing optimisation.

You will lead the development and management of MarTech SaaS applications and co‑create digital solutions together with data and machine learning experts, business partners, and end‑users. Your work will translate marketing performance data into real‑time insights that fuel both strategic and tactical decisions across the organization – focusing on paid media and search optimisation.

This is a unique opportunity to step up as a senior leader, represent our area, work on lighthouse projects, and become the voice and knowledge leader for MarTech within the organisation — making key decisions with high visibility and impact. Together with other leaders, you will shape the future of Ingka’s marketing success.

IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
* Define and communicate product vision: Establish and maintain a clear product strategy and roadmap, leveraging discovery & optimisation techniques.
* Understand user needs: Continuously benchmark against industry standards. Research co‑worker needs and business opportunities using both quantitative and qualitative data. Use insights to solve friction points and problems in ways our co‑workers love.
* Set and track objectives: Collaborate on setting OKRs for several solutions, ensuring success metrics and requirements are well‑defined and measurable.
* Lead stakeholder engagement: Serve as the main point of contact for marketing campaign analysis, media channel optimisation, integrated search intelligence, and respective MarTech fields. Build trust and become an acknowledged partner to your stakeholders.
* Champion analytics: Partner with engineering, data, and machine learning experts to implement best practices for tracking, aggregating, attributing and analysing data across all marketing channels – minimising time‑to‑insight and ensuring data‑driven tactical decisions can be taken when it matters.
