We're seeking an experienced Digital Analyst – App Tracking to join our Analytics & Insights Enabling team in Barcelona (hybrid) to work on tracking and analytics for all product areas and marketing channels, providing support to run different campaigns, implementing tags needed and configuring.

The Role
The Digital Analyst – App Tracking will have clear objectives, great challenges, and a clear overview of how their work contributes to the global company project and its customers.
* Manage Web & App Analytics tools implementation such as Appsflyer or Google Analytics/Firebase.
* Set up new media sources, deep linking, conversion events/parameters alignment across web and app, campaigns taxonomy and tagging implementation, lookback window alignments, leveraging incrementality & audiences module, new customer experiences and journey implementation within Appsflyer.
* Evaluate and ensure the data and tracking integrity on Appsflyer and Firebase matches App Store and Play Store data.
* Perform tracking audits.
* Data validation.
* Provide guidance on best tools to use according to the use case and propose new tools for App Tracking and Measurement purposes.
* Implement marketing campaigns tags through our Tag Management Systems and Server Side Tagging solutions.
* Other tracking codes implementation, personalization, audit, and issues solving.
* Tech documentation and support for tracking and measurement purposes.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* Bachelor degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Business.
* 1-3 years of experience in web analytics and app analytics, tracking, and data analysis.
* Expert knowledge in Appsflyer and its implementation.
* Knowledge on Google Analytics/Firebase and its implementation.
* Knowledge on App tracking and analytics.
* Knowledge in tracking and Tag Management Systems (GTM, Tag Commander), mainly server side.
* SQL knowledge.
* Strong analytical capabilities.
* Online Marketing knowledge (main KPIs, how each channel works, etc.).
* Advanced written and spoken English skills.
* Detail-oriented and resolutive person, self-starter, and team player.
* Good troubleshooting/problem-solving skills.
* Passion for data, analysis, online marketing, internet, and new technologies.
* Good organization and time-management skills with the ability to work on several projects at the same time.
* Python and GA data in Big Query analysis knowledge will be a plus.
* App development and/or JavaScript knowledge will be a plus.
