sales cycle management
. Sales training a plus (Sandler, Meddic etc) Strong background in
consultative selling
and ability to build long-term, value-driven partnerships. Hands-on experience with
delivery platforms, logistics services, or API integration
between carriers and merchants.
Possible career paths: 1. Started as a

focused on enterprise clients and was later
promoted to sales team lead/manager
(small team: 24 people). 2. Or still acts as an
individual contributor
, highly autonomous and ambitious, with consistent results and interest in scaling impact.
Technical & IT Skills Solid understanding of the
data flow between carriers and merchants
, including: Carrier APIs eCommerce platform integrations (Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) IT logistics systems (WMS/OMS/ERP) Comfortable working with both technical and commercial stakeholders, especially during pre-sales, onboarding, or integration phases.
Languages Spanish & Italian
either one mother tongue. Fluent level with proven working experience English intermediate level
(spoken and written); capable of handling meetings, presentations, and written communication in an international context.
