About the Role
As an Export Area Manager in Cora Seeds, you will be responsible for:
* Planning and supporting the activities of the Sales Team in the field, monitoring progress;
* Creating effective launch strategies for new products;
* Planning product development activities for East Europe, Ukraine and Russia;
* Supporting the sales network through meetings with customers and in coaching activities;
* Being a reference point for sales, marketing, and technical matters;
* Participate in periodic meetings at the Cora Seeds Headquarters in Cesena, Italy;
* Setting up a strategy to acquire new direct and indirect customers;
* Visiting and managing relationships with key clients;
* Providing after-sales service, commercial and technical support to customers and to the Sales Team in the related area;
* Collaborating with the Sales Team on commercial activities and promotional materials;
* Providing periodic sales forecasts for the assigned area;
* Representing Cora Seeds at international trade fairs and international networking events, promoting its products globally.
Qualifications
* >5 years of experience as a Export Manager or Sales Manager or experience in product development and sales management, ideally in the professional horticultural seed market;
* Experience in negotiating and meeting customer needs;
* Solid technical background in horticulture;
* Willingness to travel to countries in East Europe, Ukraine and Russia;
* Excellent leadership and analytical approach, strong organizational skills and communication skills, and the ability to lead and coach team members;
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills;
* Fluent English (C1 level or above) is required. Additional foreign languages are highly valued;
* Location: remote working, travel requirement 20%. Must be able to travel to physical locations for meeting and conference in East Europe, Ukraine and Russia. Must be available to reach, ocasionally, Cora Seeds Headquarters in Cesena, Italy.

Our offer will be commensurate with the seniority gained. Individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, etc. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range for this position during the interview process.
