✍️WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
* 3-5 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or similar roles.
* Solid knowledge of Cloud platforms (preferably AWS, Azure, or GCP).
* Experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
* Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi).
* Experience in monitoring and observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Datadog, New Relic).
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, etc.).
* Strong Linux/Unix and scripting skills (Bash, Python, Go).
* Understanding of distributed systems, networks, and databases.
* Ability to work in agile and collaborative environments.
* Valuable: experience in critical incident management (on-call rotation), knowledge of security and compliance in cloud environments, Cloud or Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD), and a proactive, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset.

* Oversee system observability: metrics, logs, traces, and alerts.

* Collaborate with development teams to enhance performance, reliability, and security of services.
* Promote DevOps/SRE culture: automation, resilience, and continuous improvement.
* Optimize costs and efficiency in both cloud and on-premise environments.
