Your career as a

CS Technical Content Writer at Booksy will give you the opportunity to own the entire knowledge ecosystem for our global Customer Success team. You won’t just be writing content – you’ll be the architect of the information that empowers our users to thrive and enables our agents to provide world‑class, efficient support.

\n

Working within the Integral CS Excellence team, you’ll split your expertise between our external Help Center and our vital internal Knowledge Base. You’ll translate complex product engineering into human‑friendly solutions, whether you’re building the standard operating procedures (SOPs) that keep our global teams aligned or drafting high‑pressure messaging during a service outage.

Responsibilities

\n

We’re seeking someone who can:

\n

Translate complex product engineering into clear, user‑friendly content for external Help Centers and internal Knowledge Bases.

\n

Create and maintain SOPs that align global teams and support scalable processes.

\n

Manage Help Centers or Internal Knowledge Bases (e.g., Zendesk or Salesforce) with a disciplined approach to content management, version control, formatting, and link audits.

\n

Maintain a consistent Human‑to‑Human tone across internal and external channels and influence others across global teams.

\n

Learn quickly how our product works and explain it using simple, jargon‑free language.

\n

Produce clean, error‑free copy under tight deadlines, including during active service incidents.

\n

Qualifications

\n

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need:

\n

Proven, hands‑on experience in technical writing, support content, or copywriting in a fast‑paced SaaS environment; a background in Customer Success or Support is a major plus.

\n

A track record of managing Help Centers or Internal Knowledge Bases (like Zendesk or Salesforce).

\n

A disciplined approach to content management, including version control, formatting, and link audits.

\n

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others and build trust across multiple global teams.

\n

Fluent command of English with the ability to maintain a consistent \"Human‑to‑Human\" tone across internal and external channels.

\n
