We are looking for a Key Account Manager who will consistently achieve sales targets and defined commercial objectives set through a strategic planning process and delivered through a process of advanced Key Account Management (KAM).
Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Implementing and managing commercial programmes and agreements to maximise sales benefit within key accounts.
* Working within allocated budgets and the company’s processes; understanding and appropriately using pricing and discount structures.
* Developing a comprehensive understanding of the market and identifying commercial threats and opportunities through market changes.
* Communicating implications and impact of commercial programmes to the company’s stakeholders including sales personnel, supply chain, marketing, and finance.
* Collaborating with stakeholders when making changes to programmes.
* Working closely with all key departments, specifically marketing, finance, and supply teams.
* Building and sustaining effective and long-term relationships with key customers and internal and external organisations.
* Acquisition of new business.
* Adhering to the company’s policies, procedures, and GDP Code of Practice.
Requirements:
* BASED IN SPAIN, WITH EXPERIENCE GAINED IN SPAIN
* FLUENT IN ENGLISH
* DRUGS SALES EXPERIENCE
* VALID DRIVING LICENSE
* MINIMUM 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE
* Experience selling drugs to mainline wholesalers, short line wholesalers, and large pharmacy groups.
* Ability to learn and adapt to changes and new strategies.
* Ability to build positive working relationships at all levels.
* Experience delivering client-focused solutions to meet customers’ needs.
* Excellent listening and negotiating skills.
* Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
* Must be able to work both independently and within a team environment.
