Operational management of the hotel’s dining areas and breakfast servicesSupervision of breakfasts and fixed menus for companies and groupsPreparation and control of budgets, income, and expenses of the departmentStock management, purchasing, supplier relations, and cost analysisTeam scheduling, training, and evaluation for kitchen and service staffCoordination with reception, events, and management for groups and special servicesParticipation in menu development, wine list, and gastronomic proposalsDevelopment of commercial actions to boost sales and enhance the F&B area’s positioningActive involvement in the recruitment and hiring of new F&B staffMinimum requirements:
Proven experience as F&B Manager in 4-star hotelsEducation in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or similarAvailability to work weekendsEnglish language skills
