**About the Role**:
If you seek a dynamic environment with decisiveness and broad responsibilities, this role may interest you. As a **Customer and Category Development Manager**, you will be the main contact in **Trade Marketing** for your assigned channel/category. You will **support Sales and Marketing in developing the Company Plan**, developing plans to achieve the goals set preparing **customer offers**, and track the execution of agreed activities, constantly **challenging the Sales team** to seize business opportunities.
**Main Responsibilities**:
Your main responsibilities will be the **company's bottom-up brand plan** that involves creating and aligning trade marketing plans with the **brand strategy**, identifying opportunities, and developing **activation guidelines.** Customer analysis focuses on **evaluating performance**, identifying **growth potential**, and **monitoring performance**. Customer management that includes **supporting KAMs**, preparing offers, tracking activities, and **sharing best practices to improve future activations.**
