How will you make a difference?
• Lead and manage the daily operations of the Pool Bar: Ensure the smooth running of the area, maintaining luxury, safety and aesthetic standards at all times.
• Drive departmental results: Take responsibility for KPIs, revenue, cost control, guest satisfaction and overall profitability of the Pool Bar.
• Develop revenue strategies: Optimize F&B sales, promotions, premium experiences and upselling opportunities to maximize average check and profitability.
• Plan and optimize resources: Ensure proper staff planning according to occupancy forecasts and operational needs.
• Manage budgets and inventories: Control stock, costs, wastage and assets in line with financial objectives.
• Lead, train and develop the team: Motivate Supervisors and operational team members, fostering a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results.
• Ensure regulatory compliance: Guarantee adherence to health, safety and hygiene regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments: Work closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security and F&B Leadership to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage feedback and continuous improvement: Monitor guest satisfaction and implement action plans when necessary.
• Support pool activations and special events: Contribute to lifestyle experiences that reinforce the hotel's positioning and generate additional revenue.
Are you the person we are looking for?
• Education in Hospitality (Bachelor's Degree valued).
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a similar position within the hotel sector, pool bar environment or lifestyle concept.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Strong commercial mindset and knowledge of the F&B market.
• Analytical ability to manage KPIs, revenue and cost control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Professional, solution-oriented, detail-focused and able to work under pressure in a dynamic outdoor environment.
• Schedule flexibility, including weekends and public holidays.
