YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Prepare vehicles and test plans prior to evaluation activities.
2. Perform full and partial drivability evaluations on proving ground and public roads.
3. Conduct shift quality assessments (AT, DCT, CVT).
4. Perform Winter, Summer, Altitude and Extra-High Altitude test campaigns.
5. Support fleet test evaluation and quality checks.
6. Carry out subjective acceleration performance evaluations.
7. Execute performance and drivability benchmarking activities.
8. Analyze test results and generate structured evaluation reports (drivability, performance-comfort, ROM status, daily activity reports).
9. Ensure compliance with safety standards and test procedures during all dynamic activities.
YOUR PROFILE:
10. Technical background in Automotive, Mechanical or related field (Technician level or equivalent experience).
11. Proven experience in drivability and acceleration performance evaluation.
12. Strong driving skills (proving ground and public road experience required).
13. Experience in shift quality assessment for AT, DCT and CVT transmissions.
14. Mechanical knowledge and basic understanding of gasoline, diesel, HEV and BEV powertrains.
15. Experience using evaluation and calibration tools.
16. Ability to perform structured reporting and test documentation.
17. Intermediate English.
