Join us as a Digital Product Manager at easyJet, where we are evolving our digital commerce platforms and building scalable, resilient foundations that enable seamless customer experiences across web, mobile, and connected channels. This role will allow you to work in the One Parc Central building in Sant Martí, with hybrid working available, and to help connect over 100 million customers to thousands of their favourite destinations across Europe.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the product vision and roadmap for a multi-domain strategic initiative.
Lead and coach several Product Owners, ensuring aligned priorities and consistent execution.
Orchestrate delivery across squads from multiple missions, driving cohesion, managing dependencies, and ensuring the product comes together as one seamless experience.
Partner with engineering, UX, and data to discover, define, and deliver high-value solutions.
Break complex problems into clear goals, milestones, and delivery plans.
Foster autonomy, accountability, and continuous improvement across teams.
Ensure a cohesive, customer‐centric product experience ready for launch.
Communicate progress and trade‐offs clearly to senior stakeholders.
What You'll Bring To The Team
Experience leading multiple POs and/or squads in complex product environments.
Strong track record taking products from concept to launch.
Ability to bring clarity in ambiguity and simplify multi-domain challenges.
Data‐driven mindset with solid prioritisation and analytical skills.
Excellent communication with both leadership and delivery teams.
Strong understanding of customer experience and user‐centric design.
Effective collaboration with engineering, UX design, and research.
Comfortable using AI, automation, and modern product practices to boost impact.
5 to 7+ years of product management or related experience.
Experience in airline, travel, customer retention, or similar (Desirable).
