Key Responsibilities:
- Support the M&A; Associate in preparing and structuring investment memorandums, teasers, and all related documentation for the investment process.
- Conduct company, sector, and market research to support investment theses and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with the investment team to gather, organize, and consolidate relevant information for each transaction.
- Maintain, review, and update investment documentation as the deal pipeline progresses.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2 years of professional experience in M&A;, investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction services.
- Proven experience in drafting and structuring investment materials.
- Full professional proficiency in English; additional European languages will be considered an asset.
- International exposure and proven ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a methodical approach.
- Excellent communication skills, team-oriented mindset, and motivation to learn and grow.
