We're looking for a CRM Specialist to join our integral Lifecycle team and help us drive growth in the German Market. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about automation, lead activation, and building scalable outreach systems.
The Role
We're looking for a technically sharp and execution-oriented CRM Specialist to support lifecycle and outreach operations for the German market. Sitting at the intersection of marketing automation, lead activation, and SDR enablement, you'll play a critical role in building and optimising the programmes that convert leads into pipeline.
Reporting to the Global Lifecycle Strategy Manager, you'll work within a growing team of specialists, contributing to the global lifecycle motion while owning German market execution end-to-end.
What You Will Be Doing
Lead Activation & Lifecycle Execution
- Build and execute activation and reactivation sequences for German market leads, targeting the right triggers, timing, and channels.
- Manage lead nurturing flows, onboarding programmes, and re‑engagement campaigns across the funnel.
- Support lead scoring and lifecycle stage management in alignment with global criteria defined by the team.
SDR Enablement & Marketing Alignment
- Translate lifecycle campaigns into actionable SDR sequences and outreach plays tailored to the German market.
- Coordinate with SDRs to ensure seamless lead routing, follow‑up SLAs, and clear campaign context at handoff.
- Collaborate with Field Marketing to turn events and campaigns into full‑funnel, multi‑touch sequences.
Automation & AI-Powered Operations
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve funnel velocity and conversion rates.
- Use AI‑assisted tools for copywriting, sequence creation, and outreach personalisation at scale.
- Contribute to the team's AI tooling experimentation, testing new approaches for segmentation and lead prioritisation.
Tools, Reporting & Data Hygiene
- Manage campaign calendars and ensure accurate lead attribution across touchpoints.
- Maintain data quality standards for lead routing, enrichment, and CRM hygiene.
- Analyse campaign and activation performance, extracting insights to share with the wider Lifecycle and Revenue Marketing teams.
- Build and maintain basic dashboards to track activation rates, funnel velocity, and campaign ROI.
Your Profile
- German native or expert (written and spoken) and fluent in English.
- 1–3 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, or a related field.
- Hands‑on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms — HubSpot experience is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with sequencing or outreach tools (e.g. Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo) is valued.
- Comfortable using AI tools day‑to‑day — for writing, research, automation, or analysis.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with a bias toward execution.
- Data‑driven mindset: you use metrics to diagnose problems and prioritise action.
- Comfortable working cross‑functionally with SDRs, Field Marketing, and global stakeholders.
Tools & Stack
HubSpot, Outreach / Salesloft, Apollo / Clay, ChatGPT / Claude, Notion / Confluence. Familiarity with PowerBI/Looker or similar reporting tools is a plus.
