Main Objective:
Influence customers to develop the contact lens category by generating new users. Shape the mindset of Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) and owners to become more proactive about offering contact lenses.
* Analyze businesses to identify opportunities.
* Influence customers to shift from passive to proactive about contact lenses.
* Understand the unique needs and characteristics of each channel: independent practices, buying groups, and chains.
* Apply basic tools to develop the contact lens category, including customer journeys, point-of-sale solutions, database management, and customer training.
* Execute Job-Based Processes (JBP) defined for Key Accounts (KAs).
* BUILD THE CATEGORY OF MIsight: Educate ECPs to improve children's lives.
* Coverage plans designed for each area, aligned with customer segmentation.
* Foster strong relationships with customers, including ECPs, owners, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
* Negotiate price increases when necessary.
* Add value to the team as a collaborative member.
* Understand and utilize CooperVision programs.
* Complete all reporting and administrative duties.
* Maintain minimum knowledge of products, including CooperVision and competitors.
* Attend industry conferences as required.
* Prepare for trainings and self-improvement.
