Are you a field-based beauty sales professional who thrives on being on the road, building relationships, and bringing brands to life in-store?
We're looking for experienced Sales & Education Managers with strong Sephora beauty brand experience to lead field execution across Madrid, Paris, or Milan. These are 3 different opportunities in each city.
The RoleThis is a
high-impact, on-the-ground role
where you'll spend the majority of your time in store
visiting 100+ doors
educating, motivating, and driving performance through exceptional product storytelling and relationships.
You'll act as a
true brand ambassador, working closely with store teams to elevate knowledge, increase sell-through, and ensure our products shine on the shop floor.
What You'll Be DoingOwn field sales & education execution across a large retail territoryVisit 100+ retail doors, bringing the brand to life through education, training, and in-store supportDeliver engaging product training to Beauty Advisors and store leadershipDrive sell-out through relationship building, side-by-side selling, and activationsGather market insights, competitor activity, and field feedbackSupport launches, events, and key retail momentsTravel extensively within the territory (this is a true field role)
