* Sales and Business Development:
o
o Identify and target prospective Enterprise and Medium-sized accounts in UK.
o Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
* Partner Relationship Development:
o
o Develop and nurture relationships with existing and potential partners, including AV integrators, resellers, and industry collaborators, to expand market presence.
o Identify partnership opportunities that align with our business objectives and drive mutual growth.
o Work closely with partners to ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools, training, and support to successfully promote and implement our solution.
* Client Relationship Management:
o
o Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
o Understand client needs and present tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
o Manage the sales pipeline and forecast sales activity.
* Product Presentation and Demonstration:
o
o Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients and partners.
o Articulate the value proposition and benefits of our music tech solutions.
* Negotiation and Closing:
o
o Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
o Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
* Collaboration:
o
o Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and campaigns.
o Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Skills and qualifications

* Experience:
o
o 3-5 years of experience selling tech or telecom services, ideally for B2B SaaS companies.
o Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Skills:
o
o Strong understanding of the B2B sales process and dynamics.
o Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
o Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
o Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
* Qualifications:
o
o Native English speaker with strong communication skills in English.
o Bachelor's degree.
o Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
o Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients.

Compensation and Location

* Base gross annual salary: Eur 28,000 to Eur 35,000 depending on experience + uncapped commission
* Location: Southeast area of Madrid
* On-site work
* Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (flexible)
