As a Dutch Content Moderator, you will be responsible for content moderation for social media platforms, ensuring a safe experience for users and communities.
Tasks:
* Filtering and screening content on the platform for abusive, violent, or inappropriate material
* Ensuring a safe and positive experience for platform users
* Note: Content moderation may involve exposure to sensitive and strong content
Language Requirements:
* Dutch (C1 and higher, written and spoken)
* English (B2, written and spoken)
Profile Requirements:
* EU citizenship or Spanish residence permit
* Dutch C2 and good knowledge of English (B2)
* High School Diploma
* Availability to work from the office and from home (within 100km from the office)
* Affinity with social media platforms
* Experience in content moderation, customer service, or similar environments is valued
Schedules:
Monday to Sunday with rotating shifts (5 days a week, 2 days off rotational)
Morning shift: 8am to 4pm
Afternoon shift: 4pm to 12am
