Role Purpose: As part of our Go Beyond network strategy 2025, our vision is to become ‘the most valued network in the profession’. The Associate Director facilitator will design and deliver leadership development programs, conduct assessments, facilitate training, and coach individuals and teams to maximize their potential.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Design instructional materials for GTI-led programs.
2. Develop and deliver leadership programs for all organizational levels.
3. Assess leadership needs and provide input for development programs.
4. Facilitate global milestone and other development programs on topics like global mindset, collaboration, and leadership skills.
5. Offer coaching and feedback to enhance leadership capabilities.
6. Collaborate with the Global Head of Leadership Development to align programs with strategic goals.
7. Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, recommending improvements.
8. Maintain flexible working hours and undertake international travel (around 10 days, sometimes up to 3 weeks).
Location: Preferably within Mainland Europe; strong candidates from other locations considered.
Person Specification: Excellent verbal communication, engaging presentation skills, professional presence, and credibility. Empathy, strong listening skills, and cultural awareness. Proven experience in facilitating leadership programs, instructional design, coaching, and project management. Proficiency in MS Office. Desirable: experience in professional services, eLearning design, video editing, and multilingual capabilities.
