You'll play a key role in our Product team, bringing user-centered thinking to solutions that impact millions of people across diverse countries.
What you'll do
* Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research across different markets.
* Translate insights into actionable recommendations for design, product, and development teams.
* Collaborate with international stakeholders to define user-centered strategies.
* Help adapt digital products to different cultural and linguistic contexts.
What we're looking for
* Previous experience as a UX Researcher (ideally in international digital environments).
* Proficiency in German, English, and Spanish .
* C1 level or above is a must.
* Ability to plan, moderate, and analyze interviews, usability tests, surveys, and more.
* Analytical mindset and cultural sensitivity.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills in multicultural teams.
